We are looking for Restaurant Team Member and Kitchen line cook.
Position: Restaurant Team Member (Front of the house)
Job Purpose:
Serves customers Fresh, built to order food by maintaining customer satisfaction; processing orders; assembling and delivering orders; collecting revenue.
Duties:
* Processes customer orders by recording order and computing bill.
*Rolling Sushi Burrito according to menu or customers built to order selections. Always keeping sushi bar and warming bin area clean and tidy.
*Wipe knife after every use.
*Wipe down food prep counter and wash cleaning rags regularly.
* Completes orders by selecting food items from serving or storage areas; placing on tray or takeout bag; serving beverages.
* Maintains food and beverage readiness by notifying kitchen personnel of shortages or special orders; preparing hot beverages; operating blenders making smoothies and boba drinks. Maintaining supplies of fresh fish and cut ready for use. Maintaining fresh cut vegetables ready for use.
* Collects revenues by announcing or presenting bill to customers; receiving payment; calculating change returns to customers.
* Maintains serving area by keeping order; removing spills and food droppings; filing receipts.
* Maintains customer satisfaction and confidence by protecting food quality; meeting service expectations; finding ways to please customers.
* Keeps supplies ready by inventorying supplies in serving area and replenishing them.
* Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
* Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with food-handling and sanitation regulations.
*Maintaining clean tidy dinning area. By picking up dishes and clean table right after customers leave.
*Help with dish washing as needed.
*Check bathroom cleanliness and clean as needed during shift.
*Sweep and mop at end of shift.
* Enhances Café Yugo reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Job Purpose:
Serves meals by reviewing recipes; assembling, combining, and cooking ingredients; maintaining equipment, inventory, and a sanitary kitchen.
Duties:
* Plans meals by analyzing recipes; retrieving and ordering ingredients.
* Prepares ingredients by following recipes; slicing, cutting, chopping, mincing, stirring, whipping, and mixing ingredients; adding seasonings; verifying taste.
* Completes meal preparation by grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying, and boiling ingredients; verifying doneness and taste; assembling and refrigerating cold ingredients.
* Presents meals by placing and arranging hot and cold elements using plates, dishes, bowls, and baskets.
* Controls costs by adhering to recipes; following preparation standards.
* Maintains a sanitary kitchen by adhering to state and local sanitation, storage, and refrigeration requirements and codes; cleaning equipment, cleaning dishes, cleaning pots and pans.
* Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock; anticipating needs; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt.
* Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; performing preventive and cleaning maintenance; calling for repairs.
